Our GHG emission reduction target in scope 1 & 2 is 60% by 2031.

For hummel, the scope 1 & 2 greenhouse gas emissions amounts to around 2% of the total emissions and are primarily comprised of our company fleet and transportation alongside our electricity use in Denmark and abroad. While the hummel head office in Denmark is already powered by renewable energy, we are still in the transition phase in our offices abroad. Furthermore, we have a green company car policy, and our company fleet will gradually become fully electric before 2031. Finally, the roof of hummel’s automated distribution center in Padborg is covered with solar panels.
