WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
We deliver within 3-6 business days. During certain periods such as sale campaigns, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas, delivery times may be longer. Please note that we do not deliver to the United Kingdom.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
As a clubhummel member, you will receive free delivery on orders over 50 EUR. If you are not a member, free delivery applies on orders over 70 EUR. Below your applicable threshold, delivery costs 4,95 EUR. The delivery charge is not included in the product price and is shown during checkout before you confirm your order.
WHO DELIVERS YOUR PACKAGE?
Orders are sent by our delivery partner to the address you provide. The telephone number provided is used to inform you about the delivery by text message. If you are not at home when your package arrives, it will be delivered to a nearby pickup point or a new delivery will be arranged. Our delivery partner will notify you.
ARE YOU IN DOUBT IF YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order receipt. This receipt means that your order has been placed / gone through to us. We reserve the right to cancel an order, if one of the following situations appear:
- An item is sold out/out of stock
- Your billing details are incorrect or can't be confirmed
- You are under 16 years old or under an older age, if the age requirement to enter an agreement with hummel is higher than the applicable law
- There was an error in the price shown on the website
- We couldn't deliver to the address you provided
You will receive an email if your order is cancelled. When you receive an email with your delivery details, your purchase is confirmed.

We ship to the following countries: Austria, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.
