How do I order?
- Choose a product and put it in the shopping basket by clicking 'Add to basket'.
- Complete your purchase by clicking the button 'Go to checkout' in the shopping basket which can be found in the top right corner.
- Fill in your address information and go through each checkout step until you get to payment.
- You make the payment in an external popup window.
- We will send an order confirmation to your email address immediately after submission of your order.
- When we send the product, we will charge your payment card and send an invoice to your email address.

What should I do if I want to return a product?

When can I expect to receive my order?
We deliver in 5-7 working days with DPD. If after this time, you have still not received it, please contact us on onlinesupportUK@hummel.dk or tel. 01 707 245 255.
How long will it be before I receive my refund, when I have returned a product?
Please allow 2-3 working days after we have received your return until your refund is complete. In rare occasions, it might take longer, but if you have not received your refund within 2 weeks, please contact us. Please be aware that the time it takes for a refund to become visible on your account again can often depend on your bank.
My product is faulty – what should I do?
We have very strict quality control and we ensure that our products are regularly tested. However, should you need to file a complaint regarding a product purchased on hummel.net, you can read more about how to return here
I am buying a present - how can it be returned?
Either the purchaser or the receiver can give notice about the return, see more in our return guide, but please note that we can only refund to the payment card/solution that was used when the order was placed.
Can I return a product that was paid with a discount code?
If you need to return a product that was paid for completely or partially using a discount code, please notify us on onlinesupportUK@hummel.dk with your order number and the name of the product it regards. We will then get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I make changes to an order, I applied?
Unfortunately, we are unable to edit the products on your order after it is processed. However, we might be able to stop the order, so you can place a new one instead. The same applies, if you have corrections to your contact information. We process orders several times a day meaning that your order will only remain unprocessed for a short while. Therefore, if you wish to make a change, please contacts us as soon as possible.
Where can I redeem my discount code?
If you have a discount code, you can redeem it by clicking on the shopping basket in the upper right corner. In here, there is a small text area on the left side, beneath the image of your product, where it says ‘Voucher> ‘. Click on this, paste in your code and click ‘Redeem voucher’. Your discount will now be applied.
Please note that our discount codes cannot be applied to reduced products nor can they be combined with more discount codes on the same order.
